RHIs custom stretch tent installations are the contemporary answer to pool-side shading at this private residence in Cape Town.
As is often the case, our client had a very particular idea of what he wanted this custom-designed structure to look like. It would cover the pool-side wooden deck in his backyard, and incorporate a large tree that’s growing from the centre of the deck.
Our design team worked closely with the client to manufacture and install a contemporary 70m2 shade sail for their home in Claremont, Cape Town South Africa.
The challenge of incorporating the tree, while complimenting the landscape of the encroaching garden was easily met: the natural curves of the tent, together with the matte fabric, creates a sophisticated yet functional entertainment area.
