All prices displayed or quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and customs duties unless otherwise stated. Prices are provided in the currency specified in the quotation and are subject to change.
Any lead times, manufacturing dates, dispatch dates, delivery dates, or stock availability provided by RHI Stretch Tents are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing.
RHI Stretch Tents will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed timeframes, but will not be liable for delays caused by manufacturing constraints, supplier delays, transport delays, customs delays, port delays, weather, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
RHI Stretch Tents exports products internationally. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all import regulations, duties, and local safety requirements in their country of destination.
The buyer is responsible for all import permits, customs clearance, duties, taxes, VAT, port charges, storage fees, inspections, local approvals, and any other charges imposed in the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise in the accepted quotation.
Any Incoterms, shipping responsibilities, delivery points, insurance arrangements, and transfer of risk will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, or written agreement. Where no specific Incoterm is stated, shipping and delivery arrangements must be confirmed in writing before dispatch.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site, ground conditions, anchoring method, rigging layout, pole arrangement, tie-off points, weather conditions, and local approvals are suitable for the intended use of the product.
Unless RHI Stretch Tents is expressly contracted in writing to provide installation or site-specific engineering services, RHI Stretch Tents is not responsible for losses, damage, injury, failure, non-compliance, or performance issues caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable site conditions, unauthorised modifications, misuse, poor maintenance, extreme weather, or failure to follow the relevant instructions or engineering assumptions.
Any engineering documentation, certificates, build books, or technical guidance supplied by RHI Stretch Tents apply only to the stated design, size, configuration, assumptions, loading conditions, anchoring method, and intended use.
Any product warranty offered by RHI Stretch Tents will be subject to the specific warranty terms provided with the product, quotation, invoice, or written agreement.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, warranties do not cover damage, failure, or deterioration caused by incorrect installation, poor anchoring, over-tensioning, under-tensioning, misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, unauthorised repairs or modifications, extreme weather, abnormal wear and tear, chemical exposure, fire, sharp objects, third-party handling, or use outside the stated product guidelines and engineering assumptions.
