Project Details
The Saudi Games brought thousands of athletes together across a wide range of sports in October 2024. For Saudi Arabia’s largest national sporting event, RHI’s stretch tents were incorporated into the hospitality areas through one of our established Saudi partners.
A spacious VIP lounge was created from two linked 21 m × 15 m tents. A separate structure used three linked 18 m × 15 m tents, giving the partner two different footprints to work with across the event site.
Decking and pathways connected the areas, with seating and buffet facilities beneath the fabric roofs. Guests could relax, enjoy tea and refreshments, and spend time in the covered hospitality spaces. RHI was pleased to support our Saudi partner in delivering these areas for a significant national sporting occasion, using five Essential Series tent sections in two linked configurations.
